Provided is a preparation method of diesel degradable bacterium immobilized particles. The preparation method mainly comprises the steps that an artemia cyst eggshell carrier is dried, then ground and sterilized under high pressure; a strain Arthrobacter cultured through an LB culture medium and the artemia cyst eggshell sterilized under high pressure are mixed and are subjected to adsorption culture for 4-10 hours on the conditions of 100-130 rpm/min and 25-37 DEG C; after adsorption, centrifugation is performed on the aseptic condition of 6,000-12,000 rpm/min for 2-10 min; an upper clear liquid is abandoned; the artemia cyst eggshell carrier is added into a sodium alginate solution to be mixed evenly; a pipette gun is used for adding the sodium alginate solution into a calcium chloride solution dropwise, crosslinking is performed for 20-50 min, and immobilized particles of 3-5 mm are obtained; unwrapped strains on the surfaces of the immobilized particles are flushed away through sterile double distilled water, and then the diesel degradable bacterium immobilized particles are obtained and stored at 4 DEG C. The preparation method is easy to operate and free of secondary pollution, and degradability of diesel by the prepared immobilized particles can reach 65%.
