Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses cellulase, a gene encoding the cellulase, a recombinant vector containing the encoding gene, a genetically engineered bacterium and a recombinant cellulase preparation generated by the genetically engineered bacterium. The amino acid sequence of the cellulase with endo-glucan activity is shown in the SEQ ID NO.1, and the coded sequence of the cellulase gene is the nucleotide sequence shown in the SEQ ID NO.2. By constructing the recombinant vector and expressing the 1,4-beta-D endo-glucan function of an expression product in Escherichia coli, the cellulase can be used for processing various fibers containing cellulose.
