General formulae (I and II) for the coumarin azole compound are as shown in the description; the compound has certain inhibition activity to Gram positive bacteria, Gram negative bacteria and fungi and can be used for preparing antibacterial and/or antifungal drugs. The invention also discloses the preparation method for the compound. According to the invention, the route is short, raw materials are high in degree of commercialization, are cheap and are readily available, the method is simple and convenient, and novel drugs are provided for efficient infection resisting.
