Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-efficiency and energy-saving kiln production line for producing high-performance foam glass, and the production line is used for solving the problems of low yield, low quality, high energy consumption, serious pollution, large labor intensity, and the like existing in the prior art. The production line is characterized by being composed of a roller-bed foaming kiln, a wide-body conveyer belt lehr and an automatic control system, wherein die boxes in the roller-bed foaming kiln operate side by side, the foaming kiln is manufactured and installed in a modular and standardized mode, the whole kiln is divided into 19 functional areas according to technological requirements, the inside width is 2-3 meters, the kiln length is 30-60 meters, and a lining of the kiln is completely made of a novel lightweight heat-insulating material and heat-preserving cellucotton. The lehr is a wide-body conveyer-belt continual-conveyed annealing device, and completely divided into five functional sections, namely a stabilizing section, a heat-preserving section, a slow cooling section, a fast cooling section and a tail cooling section according to technological requirements. The production line has the advantages of reasonable structure, high yield, high quality, high degree of automation, and the like, and can be used for reducing the labor cost, and greatly improving the work efficiency, so that the production line has wide promotion and application value.
