Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a material transfer device based on a single-rope single-drive bidirectional multi-pass mechanism. The material transfer device comprises a drive device, a plate I, a plate X, a wheel I, a transmission belt and a pass plate assembly. The pass plate assembly comprises a plate II and two wheels II. The two wheels II are hinged to the two ends of the plate II respectively. The plate II is located on the upper side of the plate X. The plate I is located on the upper side of he plate II. The wheels II are hinged to the two ends of the plate X respectively. The wheel I is hinged to the plate X. The transmission belt is wound around the wheel I. The two ends of the transmission belt are fixedly connected with the two ends of the plate I after being sequentially wound around the wheels II on the different sides of the plate X and the plate II respectively. The drive device is connected with the wheel I. Compared with the prior art, the material transfer device is simple in structure, small in occupied space, capable of being widely applied to occasions with narrow space and large material transfer stroke, and capable of providing the effective solution for the large-stroke material transfer in the narrow space. |
