The invention discloses a mobile phone fixing device clamped on a ring body of a vehicle steering wheel. The mobile phone fixing device comprises a main body, a pull hook, and at least one elastic body capable of being stretched and deformed, wherein the pull hook has a first end and a second end; the internal of the pull hook adopts a rigid material, and the external adopts a soft material; a ring body cavity is formed in the inner side of the main body; the elastic body is strip-shaped, and is positioned in the ring body cavity; the two ends of the elastic body are fixed on the main body; the first end of the pull hook is connected with the elastic body; when the main body is clamped on the ring body of the steering wheel, the elastic body is stretched to enable the second end of the pull hook to hook such common equipment as a mobile phone; and the other end of such common equipment as the mobile phone is ejected to the edge of the main body or the ring body of the steering wheel or between the edge of the main body and the ring body of the steering wheel.
