The present invention relates to an aramid paper honeycomb stretching tooling used in production process of large size aramid paper honeycombs in aerospace composite material field, the aramid paper honeycomb stretching tooling includes stretching frames, stretching frame fixing plates, strut fixing blocks, stretching frame struts, stretching insert prickers and the like, the stretching frames are used for stretching honeycomb lamination plates, the stretching frame fixing plates are used for fixed installation of the stretching tooling and a honeycomb stretching machine, four strut fixing blocks are symmetrically arranged on the inner side of ends of each stretching frame, the stretching frame struts are used for fixed connection between the two stretching frames, and adopt a telescopic structure, both ends are fixed in the strut fixing blocks, and the stretching insert prickers are used for fixed installation of the honeycomb lamination plates and the stretching frames. The honeycomb stretching tooling is a mounted tooling of the honeycomb stretching machine, and solves the process problems of stretching molding of the large size aramid paper honeycombs on the honeycomb stretching machine, and by cooperated use of the aramid paper honeycomb stretching tooling and the honeycomb stretching machine, rapid stretching molding of the large size aramid paper honeycombs can be realized.
