Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an adjustable straightness detection tool for a long-rod workpiece. The tool can be adjusted according to the length of the workpiece and is high in working efficiency. The tool comprises a base, a workpiece supporting mechanism, two groups of workpiece clamping mechanisms, workpiece clamping adjusting mechanisms, a clamping control mechanism and a workpiece length adjusting mechanism, wherein the workpiece clamping mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the base; each workpiece clamping adjusting mechanism cooperates with the corresponding group of workpiece clamping mechanisms; each group of workpiece clamping mechanisms includes a slide base, a support base, a sleeve, a tip and a clamping spring, wherein the base is fixedly connected with the slide base, the sleeve is fixedly connected with the support base, the tip is arranged in the sleeve, the tip end of the tip penetrates through the front end of the sleeve, and the clamping spring is arranged in the sleeve and is located at the rear end of the tip; the tips of the two groups of workpiece clamping mechanisms are oppositely arranged; the workpiece clamping adjusting mechanisms comprise top rods, stirring blocks and step handles; the top rods are inserted into the sleeves to prop against the clamping springs, the stirring blocks are arranged on the top rods, one ends of the step handles are fixedly connected with the stirring blocks, and the other ends of the step handles are connected with the clamping control mechanism.
