The powder food is characterized by containing lipid and hyaluronic acid with an average molecular weight lower than 10000 and/or salt thereof, wherein the content of the hyaluronic acid with an average molecular weight lower than 10000 and/or salt thereof is 0.001 mass%-10 mass %, and the pH of the 5 mass % water solution of the powder food is 5.5-8.
