Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the technical field of food processing, and more particularly relates to a digestible absorbable cereal paste and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the digestible absorbable cereal paste comprises the steps of: washing rice, coix seed, oat and poria with clear water, then naturally drying in a ventilated place, then air-drying, and crushing the raw materials; peeling and cleaning yam, putting into a steamer to steam, and then crushing with a grinder; putting the resulting powder into a blower for drying; mixing the dried raw material powder with soybean powder, defatted milk powder, chitin, beta-cyclodextrin and white sugar evenly, and packaging. In the digestible absorbable cereal paste, the yam and the poria are good for spleen and stomach, and the chitin can improve digestion and absorption function, reduce fat and cholesterol intake, lower blood pressure, regulate blood lipids, promote ulcer healing, strengthen the immune system and the like.
