Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a variable transmission having an internal hub, and more particularly, to an apparatus for achieving variable transmission by means of a compact internal transmission by using a variable planetary gear set having one or more stages and a double one-way clutch, and thereby providing an overrunning function when coasting while enabling rapid gear change with a small operating force of a gear shift lever by using a forced gear shift function even during a driving state. The present invention comprises: a shaft (100) fixed to a vehicle body; a driver (200) rotatably positioned on the outer circumference of the shaft (100) for receiving inputted rotational force; a hub shell (300) for outputting the rotational force; a gear shift portion (400) for gear-shifting the rotational force inputted into the driver (200) and outputting same to the hub shell (300), wherein the gear shift portion (400) includes a planetary gear set (410) provided inside the hub shell (300) and comprising a sun gear, a planetary gear (412), a carrier (413), and a ring gear (414), a first output clutch (420) which is a one-way clutch and is provided between the carrier (413) and the hub shell (300), and a second output clutches (430) comprising two integrally formed one-way clutches having a specific phase angle difference and provided between the driver (200); and the ring gear (414) and between the ring gear (414) and the hub shell (300), for delivering the rotational force of the driver (200) to the ring gear (414) or the rotational force of the ring gear (414) to the hub shell (300) depending on the difference in rotating speeds; and a control portion (500) for controlling the gear change of the gear shift portion (400), wherein the control portion (500) comprises a circumferential direction pole control member (510) for selectively limiting the rotation of the sun gear by controlling a plurality of poles positioned on a pole seating portion, which is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the shaft (100), while rotating in a circumferential direction according to the operation of the gear shift lever, and an axial direction pole control member (520) for selectively transferring the rotation of the driver (200); to the carrier (413) by controlling a pole provided on the inner circumferential surface of the driver (200) while moving in an axial direction according to the operation of the gear shift lever.
