Compatible communication equipment

The invention discloses compatible communication equipment, comprising an analog front end, a base band communication unit, a wireless radio frequency module, a power line communication front end and a control unit. The analog front end is connected with the base band communication unit, the wireless radio frequency module and power line communication front end. The base band communication unit is used for transmitting a base band signal. The analog front end performs conversion to the signal between a numeric field and a simulation field. The control unit selects one of the power line communication front end or the wireless radio frequency module according to channel quality of signal transmission or simultaneously uses two modes to communicate, and receives or transmits the signal via a power line while using the power line communication front end to communicate, and receives or transmits the signal via a wireless channel while using the wireless radio frequency module to communicate. The compatible communication equipment of the invention could select appropriate channel to communicate according to different signal transmission conditions or different channel qualities, thereby improving communication reliability.
