Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a power grid unloading method which comprises the steps of acquiring an AVC operation; recording changing data of load and voltage of a bus node before and after the AVC operation; acquiring a relationship between the load and the voltage through the changing data of the load and the voltage; calculating the unloading capability of the power grid according to the relationship between the load and the voltage; and performing voltage reduction on the power grid for realizing unloading in the unloading capability of the power grid. According to the power grid unloading method, a transformer station and a more particular node load characteristic are deeply analyzed. Based on consideration for the voltage characteristic of the power grid load, when an unloading measure is required for the power grid, the load value of the full grid is reduced in short time through an adjusting instruction for voltage reduction, thereby saving time for subsequent processing on one hand, and on the other end, reducing number of times for switching off and unloading. An influence on users is maximally reduced, and furthermore power supply reliability is improved.
