Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a production technology for a trimetal rivet. The production technology comprises the following steps: step one, a silver line is cut firstly, then a copper line is cut and finally the silver line is cut so that a sequence of material cutting of silver-copper-silver is formed; step two, preliminary heading: cold heading and recombination are performed on two segments of silver alloy lines and the upper part and the lower part of the copper line through a cold heading device so that the upper and lower parts of the copper line and the silver alloy line are recombined as a whole, and deformation of the silver alloy lines and the lower part of the copper line is increased to 120%-160% of the original line diameter; step three, blanking: blanking is performed on a rivet pin which is formed through preliminary heading, and the part of which the line diameter is increased is cut so that the rivet pin is completed; and step four, end heading: cold heading deformation is performed on the upper part of the copper line of the complete rivet pin so that rivet head formation is completed. With application of the technology, the preliminary heading technology is utilized, cold heading deformation is performed on the rivet pin and the lower part of the copper line to realize great connecting strength, and then deformation after cold heading is cut through girdling so that the technology is easy, cost is extremely low in comparison with conventional welding, and great connecting strength can be realized in comparison with common stamping. |
