Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a 0.6/1kV and below ultra soft composite structure fire prevention power cable and a manufacturing method thereof. The cable comprises a multi-core cable core which is formed by twisting a plurality of insulated wire cores. The gap of the cable core is filled with non-hygroscopic flame retardant fire-resistant ceramic silicone rubber strips. The cable core is wrapped by a non-hygroscopic flame retardant fire-resistant ceramic silicone rubber total cladding layer, and an embossing copper or aluminum alloy strip longitudinally wrapping outer sheath is extruded at the outermost layer. The cable has good insulating performance, mechanical performance, bending resistance performance and good stability, and the production length is unlimited based on a customer demand. The embossing aluminum alloy outer sheath has the functions of oxygen barrier protection, flame retardancy, fire resistance and fire prevention, compared with a traditional fire prevention cable, the ultra soft composite structure fire prevention power cable has the advantages that the outer diameter of the cable is reduced by at least 15%, the cable bending radius is greatly reduced, the material consumption of a unit length is reduced by at least 10%, the quality of unit length is reduced by at least 15%, the structure design is reasonable, and the product cost performance is increased substantially.
