Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an FPGA-based full-digital high-precision multipath frequency sweep module which comprises the components of a three-segment DDS frequency sweep signal generator, a first signal conditioning module, a storing and dispensing module, a tested network, a second signal conditioning module, a digital phase discrimination module, a digital amplitude discrimination module and a data processing module. The FPGA-based full-digital high-precision multipath frequency sweep module has high frequency sweep frequency. Because the three-segment DDS frequency sweep signal generator is adopted for the frequency sweep signal generator, a fact that the precision of the frequency sweep signal is higher than that of a traditional DDS frequency sweep signal generator. Furthermore the FPGA-based full-digital high-precision multipath frequency sweep module has advantages of low ROM occupation rate and easy realization. Furthermore the FPGA-based full-digital high-precision multipath frequency sweep module can perform multipath measurement. According to the FPGA-based full-digital high-precision multipath frequency sweep module, the storing and dispensing module is used. Furthermore the FPGA-based full-digital high-precision multipath frequency sweep module can perform one-path frequency response measurement or multipath frequency response measurement according to an actual requirement. Additionally, one path or multiple paths can be configured. The FPGA-based full-digital high-precision multipath frequency sweep module has remarkable advantages over a traditional frequency sweep instrument. |
