Zusammenfassung:An X-ray diffraction spectrometer for recognizing types of liquids comprises a micro-focus X-ray tube, a multi-capillary translucent lens A, a liquid sample to be tested, a multi-capillary translucent lens B, an X-ray detector, an electronics system and a computer. The multi-capillary translucent lens A and the multi-capillary translucent lens B are disposed on two sides of the liquid sample to be tested respectively. The small-diameter end of the multi-capillary translucent lens A is aligned to the micro-focus X-ray tube, and the large-diameter end thereof is aligned to the liquid sample to be tested. The large-diameter end of the multi-capillary translucent lens B is aligned to the liquid sample to be tested, and the small-diameter end thereof is aligned to the X-ray detector. The X-ray detector is electrically connected with the electronics system which is electrically connected with the computer. The small-sized X-ray diffraction spectrometer is low in power, low in cost, high in resolution and simple in equipment.
