Device and method for statically sampling deep layers of grain piles

The invention discloses a device and a method for statically sampling deep layers of grain piles. The device for statically sampling the deep layers of the grain piles mainly comprises a rotating joint, an intermediate tube and a sampling head which are connected with one another by rectangular threads. The intermediate tube comprises a plurality of sections, and the sections are connected with one another by rectangular threads; the sampling head is provided with an inner tube and an outer tube which can rotate relatively, so that sample inflow openings can be opened and closed, and the inner tube is used as a sample accommodating container. The device descends to specified sampling depths and rotates when the deep layers need to be sampled, so that the sample inflow openings can be opened and closed, grain can flow into the sample accommodating container in a natural flowing manner, and components of the grain can be completely kept. The device and the method for statically sampling the deep layers of the grain piles have the advantages samples fetched by the aid of the device are good in representation, and accordingly the device and the method are quite suitable for sampling the grain piles.
