Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a dual-vacuum tube flat-plate solar collecting module, comprising a frame, a heat exchanger, a glass cover-plate, an insulation layer, heat collecting tubes and a rear plate. The frame comprises two sides and a bottom, and the tops of the sides are connected with the heat exchanger to form a rectangular frame. The rear plate is disposed below the frame, and the frame and the rear plate enclose to form a rectangular box. The inner surface of the rectangular box is provided with the 10 to 20mm integrated high-density polyurethane foaming insulation layer, the rectangular box is further provided with the multiple heat collecting tubes connected with the heat exchanger, and the glass cover-plate is disposed above the heat collecting tubes. The heat collecting tubes which are fully enclosed heat-pipe vacuum tubes are formed by transparent glass outer tubes and coated glass inner tubes, or by the transparent glass outer tubes and coated metal inner tubes, and the top of each heat collecting tube is provided with a 15 to 20cm condensation section.
