The electronic air conditioner consists of an air filter 1, an electronic refrigerating machine 2, a semiconductor refrigerating chip 3, a heat tube radiator 4, a centrifugal fan 5, an air conditioner casing 6 and a ventilating fan 7. In working, outdoor fresh air is attracted by the centrifugal fan 5 to be filtered by the air filter 1 and to enter the electronic refrigerating machine 2 for refrigerating; the fresh air is returned indoors by the centrifugal fan 5; and when the indoor air is supersaturated, the exhaust fan 7 automatically exhausts outdoors or exhausts on time, so that the indoor air and the outdoor air form the convection to achieve the purpose of adjusting the indoor air temperature through environmental-protecting and energy-saving ventilation.
