U-type pin quickly-jointed pressure reducing valve

The invention relates to a pressure reducing element, in particular to a U-type pin quickly-jointed pressure reducing valve suitable for a pipeline of a hydraulic system. The pressure reducing valve comprises a pressure reducing valve housing, a valve body, a valve core and a pressure adjusting spring. A valve cavity is arranged between the valve body and the valve core. An inlet and an outlet are arranged in the pressure reducing valve housing and are communicated with the valve core. A liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are arranged in the circumferential wall of the valve core. Liquid enters the valve cavity from the inlet and then enters the valve core from the liquid inlet, and then the pressure reducing spring move downwards so as to reduce pressure. After the pressure recovers, the pressure reducing spring moves upwards and the liquid flows out from the liquid outlet. An annular sealing ring is arranged on the valve core so as to prevent the liquid from entering a gap between the valve core and the valve body. According to the invention, the pressure reducing valve is simple and proper in structure; an underground hydraulic pump station system is reduced and a set of high-pressure pump station can be suitable for use of multiple kinds of hydraulic devices via the pressure reducing valve; overflow pipelines are reduced; and the pressure reducing valve has stable performance.
