The device comprises a chain type lock beam, a lock body, a jack, a screw, a limiting screw and a lock cylinder which are connected as a whole, wherein the jack, the screw, the lock cylinder and the limiting screw are all mounted into the lock body; one end of the chain type lock beam is fixed on the lock body, and the other end is inserted into the lock body. The lock beam is limited by the jack; an object is between the lock beam and the lock body, and the gap is small, so that the lock beam cannot be shorn by hydraulic tongs. The device can be applied to antitheft locks of a motorcycle, an electric vehicle and the like.
