Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a water stop device comprising a first water stop area arranged on a ground, a second water stop area with one side connected to one side of the first water stop area and the other side capable of rising upward from the first water stop area under the effect of water flowing through the first water stop area, and space boundary setting areas used for connecting the first water stop area and the second water stop area and setting the boundary of an accommodating space generated between the first water stop area and the second water stop area. A high-frequency medium heating bonding technology is used for joining the space boundary setting areas and the first and second water stop areas to prevent water flowing into the accommodating space from flowing into the second space via the joining area of the first water stop area and the second water stop area. The water stop device is simple in structure, is convenient and reliable to operate, can be applied to many places and is highly practical.
