Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for controlling the height of a dry type blast furnace gas tank, and belongs to the technical field of blast furnace gas storage and distribution in steel enterprises. The inlet tube of the gas tank is connected with a gas tank bypass inlet tube, and is successively in welded connection with a gas tank bypass inlet V-type water seal, a gas tank bypass regulating valve, a gas tank bypass outlet V-type water seal, and a gas tank bypass outlet tube. The gas tank bypass outlet tube is connected with a gas tank outlet tube at the back of a gas tank outlet cut-off valve. When the height of the dry type blast furnace gas tank reaches a high level, the gas tank bypass regulating valve is turned on. When the height of the dry type blast furnace gas tank reaches a low level, a gas tank inlet cut-off valve, a gas tank inlet regulating valve and the gas tank outlet cut-off valve are turned off. At the same time, the gas tank bypass regulating valve is turned on. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the diffusion of the gas to the air is reduced, and the recovered gas volume of the blast furnace is increased. |
