Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a Ukraine carp PEPCK gene and a method for calibrating the blood glucose of cyprinid fishes. The full-length cDNA sequence of the gene is SQ1. The method for calibrating the blood glucose of the cyprinid fishes comprises the steps that first, the full-length cDNA sequence of the Ukraine carp PEPCK gene is determined; second, the brightness of the different tissue PEPCK genes of Ukraine carps under different rearing conditions is obtained, and the relation curve of the brightness expression quantity of the different tissue PEPCK genes and the blood glucose of the fishes is established; third, the Ukraine carps in production is subjected to semi-quantitative PCR blood glucose value determination by the corresponding curve of the brightness expression quantity of the different tissue PEPCK genes and the blood glucose of the fishes. The novel method for calibrating the blood glucose of the cyprinid fishes has the advantages that the calibrating cost is low, the operation of the calibrating method is simple, the calibrating result is reliable, and the risk of being prone to infection in the calibrating process is reduced.
