Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a screening method of bacillus. The screening method includes steps of screening bacillus strains according to plant root colonization and screening bacillus strains according to antagonism of pathogenic microorganisms. The bacillus strains not only can prohibit pathogenic bacteria of microorganisms efficiently when cultured on a panel, control efficiency in greenhouse test can be more than 80%. The screened bacillus can be used as effective biological control material for crop diseases and for developing new biological pesticide or biological control fungicide and has wide application prospect.
