Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a humanized antibody combined with and neutralizing a human infected H7N9 influenza A virus hemagglutinin protein and an antigen-binding antibody fragment, wherein the antibody includes nucleotides and amino acid sequences of antibody heavy chain and light chain variable regions. The invention also relates to a method for efficient expression of the intact antibody in CHO cells and other systems. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a use of the antibody, the related hemagglutinin protein antigen-binding fragment and an epitope in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of human infected H7N9 influenza A virus infection.
