Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of ozone generation, and discloses a semi-wet high-efficient ozone generation method and device. In the ozone generation method, ozone is generated under a semi-wet environment by combining pulse discharge technique of converting oxygen molecules and a part of water molecular into ozone. The device is composed of a pulse charger, an air inlet pipe, and an ozone generator. Oxygen and water are input into the air inlet pipe at the same time to form a high-speed oxygen-water mist mixture; the mixture enters the ozone generator; under the action of a series of pulse discharge, the oxygen and a part of water are converted into ozone for output; and water vapor mixed in the ozone is removed via condensation separation. According to the method and device, the electric energy efficiency is obviously improved, and the ozone can be output in a high concentration. |
