Automatic plugging device of IC placing pipes

The invention discloses an automatic plugging device of IC placing pipes. The automatic plugging device comprises a rack, a placing plate, a placing groove, a lifting air cylinder, a vibration disc, a straight vibration part, a feeding rail, a discharging plate, a pressure sensor and a material pushing air cylinder. In the working process, plugs are poured into the vibration disc, and the IC placing pipes are sequentially put in the placing groove; the vibration disc works, and the plugs are sequentially conveyed to the feeding rail; through vibration of the straight vibration part, the plugs are sequentially conveyed to the discharging plate in sequence; when the pressure sensor reaches the set value, the vibration disc and the straight vibration part stop motion, the material pushing air cylinder pushes the discharging plate to move towards the placing groove, and the plugs are pushed into the IC placing pipes; when the plug inserting motion is completed, the material pushing air cylinder returns, and the lifting air cylinder pushes the lifting plate to lift the IC placing pipes obtained after plugging; and an operator takes down the plugged IC placing pipes. The automatic plugging device is simple in structure, the production efficiency can be greatly improved, and the labor intensity of an operator is greatly reduced.
