The automatic electricity generating device comprises friction electricity generators and steel rails, and is characterized in that the friction electricity generators are attached onto each steel rail; the friction electricity generators roll when a vehicle runs; heat energy is generated through friction, and electricity is generated; the generated electricity is stored in a storage battery through an electric wire; and the generated electricity can completely meet the running and illumination requirements of electric vehicles.
