The pen type electric haircut machine comprises a handle, a rod piece, a rotor and a stator, wherein a power supply is arranged in the handle; the rod piece is of a hollow structure, one end of the rod piece is fixedly connected with the handle, and an electric device is positioned in the rod piece and connected with the power supply. The rotor is in a hollow cone shape and is fixed at the other end of the rod piece, and the conical surface of the rotor is provided with a knife net. The stator is sleeved with the rotor and connected with the electric device so as to drive the stator to rotate. The stator is provided with a cutting head, and the cutting head is adaptive with the knife net so as to form a haircut knife. The haircut machine can overcome the shortcomings that an existing haircut machine has difficulty in finely shearing pattern hairstyle based on short hair and cutting hair at the corners.
