The invention discloses a device for repairing a bobbin. The device comprises a base, wherein two frames are arranged on the base; a motor is respectively arranged in each frame; a grinding disc is arranged at one side, near the other frame, of each frame; the grinding discs are in transmission connection with power output ends of the motors through transmission shafts, are controlled by the motors to rotate through the transmission shafts, and are revolving bodies; rotating shafts of the grinding discs are overlapped with the axles of the transmission shafts; push-pull devices are arranged in the frames, and control the motors to move in the axial direction of the transmission shafts; a bobbin tank is formed in the base, and comprises a vertical upper tank and a downwards inclined lower tank; the bottom of the upper tank is fixedly connected with the top of the lower tank; the two sides of the bottom of the upper tank are opened; the upper tank is fixedly connected with the base through a fixed column, and enables the opening parts to be aligned to the grinding discs; the length of the section of the bobbin tank is greater than the length of a bobbin; the width of the section of the upper tank is greater than the diameters of the grinding discs; the bobbin can be quickly repaired; and the environment is protected while the production cost is reduced.
