Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a metallic composite rolling lubricating technology. A metallic composite rolling device comprises an upper working roller, an upper supporting roller, a lower working roller and a lower supporting roller. Lubricating media are dropwise added to an upper cladding metal belt surface on the inlet side of a metal composite rolling roller gap, and lubricating media are brushed on the lower surface of a lower cladding metal belt surface of the inlet side of the composite rolling roller gap in a rolling manner. According to the metallic composite rolling lubricating device, a lubricating medium dropper is arranged above upper cladding metal of the inlet side of the composite rolling roller gap, and an oil tank is arranged below lower cladding metal of the composite rolling inlet side; and a brush roller is arranged in the oil tank, and the brush roller can be in contact with the lower surface of the lower cladding metal. The manner that oil is directly fed to the cladding metal surface of the inlet side is adopted, and effective rolling oil films are formed between the working rollers of the composite rolling inlet roller gap and a composite rolling part. |
