The water curtain spraying coagulation mechanism comprises a casing, at least one air outlet, an exhaust fan, a polytetrafluoroethene layer, a water tank, a water inlet, a water outlet, a pipe, spraying nozzles, a groove, a paint level sensor and discharging holes; the top of the casing is provided with the air outlet; the exhaust fan is arranged in the air outlet; the inner wall of the casing is provided with the polytetrafluoroethene layer; the water tank is arranged at the lower end in the casing; the water inlet and the water outlet are formed at two ends of the casing respectively; the water tank is connected with the pipe; the pipe is provided with the plurality of spraying nozzles; the groove is formed in the casing; the wall surface of the groove is provided with the paint level sensor; each side of the casing is provided with the plurality of discharging holes. According to the water curtain spraying coagulation mechanism, the problem of the pollution of spraying materials to the environment is solved and the resource recycling on the spraying materials is achieved.
