Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a monolithic catalyst with a molecular sieve type coating. The monolithic catalyst is characterized in that cordierite honeycomb ceramics are adopted as a carrier, and the surface of the honeycomb-ceramic carrier is loaded with the molecular sieve type coating by using a vacuum coating method. The preparation method comprises preparation of coating slurry and a method for coating the monolithic porous cordierite honeycomb-ceramic carrier with the slurry. The coating slurry comprises molecular sieve powder, a binding agent, a surface active agent and water; wherein the coating slurry prepared from ZSM-5, tetraethoxysilane, polyethylene glycol and tween has good fluidity and stability. Compared with a technology adopting direct coating, the molecular sieve type monolithic catalyst prepared by using a vacuum coating technology has the advantages of firm coating-layer bonding, uniform coating, high once coating amount, low coating falling rate and the like and is suitable for large-scale industrial application.
