Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a methanol catalyst. A preparation method of the catalyst comprises: weighing 20 g of nickel nitrate, 22 g of copper nitrate, 6 g of zinc nitrate, 3 g of ammonium metatungstate, 4 g of glass fiber and 10 ml of lauric acid; adding 100 ml of distilled water to stir and dissolve the materials until the solution is uniform and transparent; leaving the solution to stand for half an hour; adding 30 g of activated aluminum oxide in a prepared impregnating liquid at one time; stirring the liquid for about one minute; leaving the impregnating liquid to stand for 4-6 hours; and conducting filtration; calcining filtered matters in an N2 atmosphere pipe furnace for three hours to obtain a calcining initial product. According to the invention, the methanol catalyst is prepared from the novel preparation method, is obtained from experiments, has relatively good catalytic performance and heat resistance, and is low in activity reducing rate, and relatively low in preparation cost. |
