A degradation function of lactobacillus plantarum in a corn silage fermentation system on theorganophosphorus pesticide is utilized, strains are degraded in advantage, degradation condition parameters are optimized, and the maximum level of pesticide degradation is obtained. Final product content is characterized in that degradation rate of the organophosphorus pesticide exceeds 90%, and the silage with relatively stable structural states, taste and textures is formed. |
