According to the processing technique, aqueous extraction is utilized to extract water-soluble active ingredients in the horseradish tree leaf tea; spray drying is utilized to directly spray the extracted solution in a second dryer to allow instant drying of main ingredients in the extracted solution of the horseradish tree leaf tea so as to help reserve the activity of the main ingredients.
