Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a processing technique of horseradish tree leaf tea. The processing technique includes pouring pre-weighed tea leaves into an extracting barrel with a cloth bag, adding a certain percentage of hot water, and performing capping extraction for 15 to 30 minutes before draining; moving the bag with residues into a spin dryer to perform centrifugal coarse filtration after the extracted solution is essentially filtered; constantly experimenting to find the optimum ratio of tea and water, extraction frequency and extraction time. According to the processing technique, aqueous extraction is utilized to extract water-soluble active ingredients in the horseradish tree leaf tea; spray drying is utilized to directly spray the extracted solution in a second dryer to allow instant drying of main ingredients in the extracted solution of the horseradish tree leaf tea so as to help reserve the activity of the main ingredients. Furthermore, the active ingredients of the horseradish tree leaf tea extracted via the processing technique have blood fat reducing, immunity increasing and anticancer effects. |
