| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for inducing panax quinquefolium callus. The method comprises the steps of raw material sterilization and induction culture of callus, wherein in the step of sterilization, a composition of 0.1-0.3% HgCl2 and 75% alcohol is used for sterilization; in the step of induction culture of callus, the sterilized raw material is inoculated to an induction culture medium for induction culture and finally, the callus is obtained. According the method provided by the invention, the pollution rate of an explant is low, the induction rate of callus is high, the growth status is good, the operation is simple, the control is easy, the method is reliable, the result is stable and the method has a far-reaching significance on development and deep exploitation and utilization of resources of the panax quinquefolium biotechnology industry. |
