Zusammenfassung:	A pneumatic tire (1) is provided with: a carcass (9) extending in a toroidal shape from a tread portion (7) via a pair of side-wall portions (5) to a pair of bead portions (3); and a bead filler (13) disposed on the outer side in a tire-radial direction of a bead core (11) embedded in the bead portions (3), and is characterized in that at least a part of an inner surface (15) of the pneumatic tire (1) includes a hair implanted region (21) in which a number of short fibers (17) are fixedly adhered with adhesive, and that an inner end (21a) in the tire-radial direction of the hair implanted region (21) is disposed on the inner side in the tire-radial direction of an outer end (13a) in the tire-radial direction of the bead filler (13) and at a predetermined distance (h) from a bead tow (23) on the outer side in the tire-radial direction.
