The invention discloses a high-capacity battery with a cooling device. The high-capacity battery is formed by the parallel connection of a plurality of cylindrical cells, and includes a clamp, the parallelly connected cylindrical cells arranged on the clamp, and longitudinal and transverse slits formed among the cylindrical cells, a plurality of cooling fins are inserted into the longitudinal slits and/or transverse slits, a plurality of springs are arranged on the cooling fins, the springs are compressed on the outer wall surfaces of the cylindrical cells to make the cooling fins and the cylindrical cells be mutually fixed. The high-capacity battery is simple in structure, convenient to assemble, and is large in contact area of the cooling fins and the cylindrical cells; and moreover, the contact reliability between the cooling fins and the cylindrical cells during the use is guaranteed, the cooling efficiency of the high-capacity battery is achieved, and the temperature consistency in the high-capacity battery can be guaranteed.
