Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a novel cascaded 6kV mining high-voltage explosion-proof frequency converter. Three part which are respectively a phase-shifting transformer, a frequency converter main body and an output filter are connected in sequence to form the frequency converter. A 10kV voltage is input into a primary side of the phase-shifting transformer, and three sets of 3.4kV isolated voltages are output from secondary sides; Each phase of the frequency converter main body is only connected with one power unit in series. The power unit outputs a 3.4kV high voltage, and the total machine outputs a 6kV linear voltage. The power unit comprises a rectification part, a direct-current filtering part and an inversion output part which are connected in sequence. Then inversion output part adopts a diode-clamped three-level bridge circuit structure. A pre-charging part is moved forward from the frequency converter main body to the inner part of the phase-shifting transformer by the frequency converter. According to the invention, the number of the power units is reduced, the size of the frequency converter main body is reduced, the number of members is reduced, the circuit structure is simplified, wiring is less, the connection difficulty is lowered, the control is simple, and the cost is saved.
