Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method and a device for generating multiple bills of material (BOM) of the same type in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) via paper grid color matching. The method comprises a step of establishing detailed data of some style number, a style number version, color matching items and paper grid usage amount and storing the detailed data in a database table; a step of establishing main materials, compounding color names and color numbers corresponding to a product of some style number and storing the mentioned in a color data table; a step of establishing a style number, a style number version, colors, material names, quantity, compounding materials for matching various colors, names and materials, and requirements for color matching of an order, and storing the mentioned in a sales order database table; and a step of searching for a style number and a style number version of the order, and automatically generating a BOM of the same type and different colors according to the style number, the style number version, material names, raw materials and usage information of the order, and material matching requirement information of each color of the order. The method and the device provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects that the BOM input amount of an ERP system is small, multiple times of input of BOM of the same style number and different colors are prevented, the error rate is reduced, and the efficiency is high.
