Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an intelligent dosing system, including a main medicine tube. An outlet end of the main medicine tube is connected with a branching medicine tube. An outlet end of the branching medicine tube is disposed at a dosing point of a reaction tank filled with waste water. An inlet end of the main medicine tube is connected with a high-level medicine barrel. The branching medicine tube is provided with a pneumatic control valve connected with the PLC. The reaction tank is provided with an instrument for acquiring one or more physical and chemical parameters of the waste water. The physical and chemical parameters include pH and ORP. The PLC is connected with the instrument. The PLC controls the opening degree of the pneumatic control valve through the physical and chemical parameters and delivers the fluid medicine to the dosing point. The PLC automatically analyzes and calculates the dosing amount of the dosing point by monitoring the one or more physical and chemical parameters acquired by the instrument of the reaction tank, and delivers the liquid medicine to the dosing point, thereby achieving the function of automatic and accurate dosing adjustment. |
