The method for detecting ractopamine by using Caenorhabditis elegans comprises the following steps: observing the survival rate of Caenorhabditis elegans arranged in ractopamine, observing the activity rate of the Caenorhabditis elegans, evaluating the growth of the Caenorhabditis elegans, observing the ageing condition of the Caenorhabditis elegans, and detecting ROS in the Caenorhabditis elegans. The survival rate, the activity ability, the development condition, the breeding ability, the ageing speed and the in vivo oxidation stress of the Caenorhabditis elegans arranged on a medium containing ractopamine are observed to determine the toxicity of ractopamine to the Caenorhabditis elegans, and data is recorded, so the Caenorhabditis elegans can be used to detect whether pork contains ractopamine or not, and whether ractopamine is contained or not can be determined if data of a detected sample is consistent with experiment data. |
