Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a pump for conveying high temperature medium, and specifically relates to a device for alleviating thermal fatigue of a high temperature hot water circulating pump by utilization of heat pipes. The device comprises a pump body, an impeller, the heat pipes, an additional wheel and a pump cover; an inner wall surface of the pump body is radially processed with threaded blind holes cooperated with the heat pipes with threads at external surfaces; axial straight fins are circumferentially arranged on an external surface of the pump body to enhance heat dissipation of the pump body; and the additional wheel is in transition fit with an impeller hub. According to the structure, hot water in the pump can be prevented from directly contacting with sealing cleaning fluid during an operation process of the high temperature hot water circulating pump, and the facts that temperature gradient is too large in a cold and hot fluid mixing zone, thermal fatigue cracks generate on surfaces of a main shaft and the pump cover, and service lifetime is shortened are prevented. According to the device, the structure of an existing high temperature hot water circulating pump can be reconstructed to alleviate the thermal fatigue, and therefore safe and reliable operation of the high temperature hot water circulating pump can be achieved. |
