Zusammenfassung:A modular structure assembling construction method for a super-high-rise building decoration tower includes the steps of firstly, conducting a modular decomposition design according to a decoration tower shape and prefabricating a component-steel pipe framework; secondly, constructing a model on a computer according to steel pipe framework data and simulating assembly in advance; thirdly, inspecting assembly interference and analyzing assembly precision; fourthly, decomposing decoration tower components into a plurality of combined blocks according to the load weight; fifthly, transporting the components to the site and binding the combined blocks according to identification; sixthly, assembling small hoisting equipment on a building roof and hoisting the bound combined blocks to the building roof; seventhly, assembling all the combined block components, adjusting and correcting perpendicularity, controlling perpendicularity deviation within 5mm and welding the combined block components firmly; eighthly, spraying antirust paint and assembling surface modeling plates. The modular structure assembling construction method has the advantages of high assembly speed and precision, time and labor saving, safety, controllable construction process quality and capability of solving the problems that large machines cannot construct in the super-high-rise building roof and construction cost is high.
