Dyeing process of cotton-knitted fabrics

The invention provides a dyeing process of cotton-knitted fabrics and belongs to the technical field of textile. By adoption of the dyeing process, the three major problems of the dyeing process in the prior art are solved, i.e., (1) the hand feel is hard and rough, the stripy feel is poor, so that the fabric is not suitable for being used as garment fabrics and the capability of expanding production is influenced; (2) the fabric can be bonded to equipment, the production equipment needs to be frequently cleaned, so that the labor intensity is large, and the dyeing process only can be applied to pad dyeing and printing generally; (3) the color layer difference is serious, dycing defect and white spots can occur on the fabric surface and the quality of a product is difficultly guaranteed and the like. The dyeing process comprises the following steps : (A) preparing materials; (B) treating by positive charges; (C) carrying out primary washing; (D) coating; (E) carrying out secondary washing; and (F) taking out of a vat. The dyeing process provided by the invention has the advantages that the hand feel is comfortable and the quality of the product is good.
