Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an aluminum alloy low chromium passivation solution. The aluminum alloy low chromium passivation solution is prepared by, by weight, the following components of 12-18 parts of vanadate, 12-20 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 12-20 parts of titanium sulfate, 1-5 parts of aluminum oxide, 2-6 parts of zinc carbonate, 3-10 parts of potassium hydroxide, 5-8 parts of waterborne macromolecule emulsion, 0.1-0.5 part of stabilizer and 35-40 parts of deionized water. A passive film formed by the aluminum alloy low chromium passivation solution has the high stability and corrosion resisting property and the certain antioxygenic property, and can effectively prevent aluminum alloy materials from being corroded by the outside and effectively prolong the service life of the aluminum alloy materials; the aluminum alloy low chromium passivation solution is a good passivation solution which can replace a chromate passivation solution. |
