The rotary kiln primary flue gas purification recovery system comprises a rotary kiln primary flue gas purification recovery system plant, a gas fan foundation arranged on a floor of the rotary kiln primary flue gas purification recovery system plant and a gas fan arranged on the gas fan foundation, wherein the gas fan is of an upside entrainment structure, an air inlet of the gas fan is connected with a pipeline in front of an inlet of the gas fan, and the elevation of the pipeline in front of the inlet of the gas fan is higher than the elevation of the center liner of the gas fan.
